Die erste Probe von duesenjaeger fand am Millenniums-Silvesterabend 1999/2000 in Osnabrück statt. Seitdem hat die Band kontinuierlich ihren Sound ausgebaut. Punk, Emo Punk oder Post Punk mit deutschen Texten, nenn es wie du willst. Dabei immer treibend, wütend, melodisch, oft melancholisch. Die Bilder, die die Band textlich und musikalisch zeichnet sind meist grau, manchmal schwarz, selten weiß. E-Moll. C-Dur. Never surrender.
